Authenticity, character, and originality are waiting for you. This authentic house, located 50m from the harbor and accommodating up to 6 guests, is built around a magnificent original oak staircase. On the ground floor, you will find a convivial living room with an open kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom, and a charming small balcony. The first floor offers a complete relaxation area: open kitchen leading to a living room equipped (TV, DVD player, game console), a bedroom, and a shower room. The top floor, a real cozy nest under the roof, offers a bright loft with an open kitchen, sleeping area, and shower room, and can be rented independently.
